Our website does not allow our visitors to communicate with other visitors, or to post information that would be accessible to other visitors.

Personal information collected

When you browse the Ergoburo website, we automatically collect certain information about your device. This includes information about your web browser, your IP address, your time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device.

Cookies

  • Shopify visit. No data retained. This persists for 30 minutes from the last visit. This is used by our website provider's internal stats tracking system to record the number of visits;
  • shopify_uniq. No data held and expires at midnight (based on the visitor's location) of the following day. This calculates the number of visits to a store by a unique customer;
  • Cart. This is a unique identifier that persists for 2 weeks. It stores information about your shopping cart;
  • _secure_session_id This is a unique session identifier.

The "log files"

They track website activity and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.

“Invisible gifs,” “tags,” and “pixels”

These are electronic files that record information about how you browse the site.

Order Information

Additionally, when you make, or attempt to make, a purchase through the Ergo Buro Canada website, we collect certain information from you. Such as your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, email address, and phone number).
