Return Policy

By law, each case will be handled at Ergoburo's discretion within 7 days. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange. In exceptional cases where a return is accepted after this period, a restocking fee may apply at Ergoburo's discretion.

If a product is defective, Ergoburo will advise you of the steps to follow, according to the warranty conditions of each manufacturer associated with the product. Only returns previously authorized by Ergoburo will be accepted.

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. They are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging and the box must be intact. Do not affix the carrier's shipping slip directly to the item's packaging and please cover the original product packaging box with a protective covering.

Returns of certain types of products are not permitted. For example, special orders and gift cards cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or declined.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your credit card or original method of payment and will be automatically credited or refunded within 5 business days.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, we invite you to first double-check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your financial institution. There is often a processing delay before a refund is posted.

Clearance items

Only regular-priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, clearance items are final sale.

Exchange Policy (if applicable)

We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, email us at info@ergoburo.ca and send your item to our address: 3825 Jean-Marchand Street, Suite 200, Quebec City, QC, G2C 2J2, Canada.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for you to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a tracking service or insuring your shipment. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items from our customers.
